We stand behind Strategester. If you're not happy with your purchase for any reason within 7 days of your first payment, contact us at support@strategester.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and we'll issue a full refund — no questions, no hassle.
The 7-day window starts from the date of your initial payment, not from the date you first log in.
Refunds are not available after the 7-day window has passed. You may cancel your subscription at any time — you will not be charged again and your plan access continues until the end of the current billing period.
You can cancel at any time from the Account page under Billing, or by emailing support@strategester.com. Cancelling stops all future charges immediately. Your Pro or Elite access remains active until the end of the period you already paid for.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. If you do not wish to renew, cancel before your renewal date. Refunds are not available for renewals that have already processed, except within the 7-day window of your very first payment.
We process refunds within 5–10 business days. The refund will appear on your original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
